Nose Clip
Nose clip allows the masks to be adjusted comfortably to follow the contour of the nose, to provide a good seal while keeping the mask comfortably fastened.
Straps
The ear straps are elastic bands which are attached to the mask. The bands allows the mask to fit snugly but comfortably without exerting unnecessary pressure on the back of the head.
Breathing valve
The breathing valve is designed so that it is easier to exhale, making it more comfortable to wear for longer periods and are especially suited for performing strenuous activity while wearing the mask. The valve only operates in the exhale direction.

Non-woven layer – The spun bound non-woven layer gives the mask a structure and an outer and inner protection layer from tares and punctures, while proving a very high air permeability. The layer is also soft and skin friendly, giving the wearer a comfortable wearing experience.
Melt-blown non-woven fabric – The Melt-blown non-woven fabric layer is the filter layer. Produced using the latest technologies, the fabric is able to provide a very high filtration efficiency while providing the best breathing resistance on the market. This allows the wearer to have a much more comfortable wearing experience during long periods.
Needle Punch Non-woven Layer – Needle punch layer is made of bonding non-woven web structures by interlocking the fibers mechanically through the web. Along with its high moisture absorption properties, high filtration efficiency, the material also holds shape when formed, making it suitable for cup mask production.
Your logo printed on the mask
Your company logo is an integral part of the company’s identity and we take great care on attention to detail. Therefore it is possible to customize the logo placement where it will be most valuable, either on the lower section of the mask or on the breathing valve.
Packaging options
Our customizable packaging solutions allows you to decide the best suitable quantity per pack and the company logo to be printed on the package. There are 10, 20 or 50 quantity per package options to choose from. The company logo can be printed on the front top section of the package in color.
